Is our data safe, and where is it?

On servers in India. Tenant isolation is tested in both directions on every build, and the audit log is append-only — there is no update or delete path to it anywhere in the code.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You export everything in open formats, at any time, at no charge. No exit fee, no notice period dressed up as one, and we delete it within ninety days of your asking.

Do you take a percentage of our fee income?

No. When online collection ships, the gateway charge goes to the gateway. We are paid for software.

Can we try it before we commit?

Seven days, no card. You get an empty institution and put in one real class and two real learners. You will learn more in ten minutes than from any demo.

Do you send our learners' data to AI companies?

No learner name, no learner work, no marks and no attendance data are ever sent. Only a teacher's own prompt or a learner's own question. Requests asking for work about a named child are refused before any network call is made.

What is not built yet?

WhatsApp and SMS delivery, online fee collection, mobile apps, live vehicle position and multi-branch analytics. They are marked on the pricing page and cannot be added to a quote.
