A route has a vehicle, a driver with a contact number, a capacity and a list of stops in order. Assigning a learner to a stop notifies their guardian with the route, the stop and the driver's number. The route refuses riders beyond the vehicle's capacity, so a bus cannot be overbooked on paper and discovered full on the morning.
