◑ Honest comparison

Where the alternatives are better, and where they stop.

Every product below is good at something. Pretending otherwise would insult your judgement, and you will find out anyway.

Indian school ERPs

Fedena, MyClassboard, Entab and similar

Where they are good

Genuinely broad. Transport, hostel and canteen modules Western products do not have, and years of Indian compliance built in.

Where they stop

The interfaces are typically a decade behind, and almost none of them teach — there is no real learning or assessment layer, so a separate LMS follows.

What we do differently

One product covering both operations and teaching, with an interface built this decade.

Western school platforms

Arbor, Compass, Sentral

Where they are good

Well designed, thoughtfully built, and pleasant to use.

Where they stop

Single-region, school-only, and they stop where Indian operations begin — no transport, no Indian board formats, no rupee fee ledger, no DPDP position.

What we do differently

Built in India first, with the operational modules an Indian school actually runs on.

Learning platforms

Canvas, Moodle, Docebo

Where they are good

Strong at teaching and assessment. Mature, extensible, well understood.

Where they stop

No admissions, no fees, no transport, no parents. They are one layer of a school, not a school.

What we do differently

Teaching and assessment inside the system that also runs admissions, fees and safety.

We are newer and smaller than every product on this page. They have years of deployments behind them and we do not. What we have is one record instead of seven, and a roadmap we publish honestly. Judge it on a trial rather than on this page.
