A licence to use the platform for the number of learners in your plan, for the period you have paid for. Not a transfer of ownership, and not a perpetual licence.
Everything you enter remains yours. You can export it in open formats at any time, at no charge. There is no exit fee and no notice period dressed up as one. If you leave, we delete your data within ninety days of your asking, except where you tell us to keep it for a handover.
The platform licence, and any add-ons you have selected. Development modules are ₹49 each, except compliance modules, which are free and always will be. We do not take a percentage of your fee income; when online collection ships, the gateway's charge goes to the gateway.
We aim for high availability but do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee, because we would rather not promise a number we have not yet measured under load. When we do offer one it will be written here with the measurement behind it.
Not during a paid term. At renewal, with at least sixty days' notice. Growing past a learner band moves you at renewal, never mid-year, and we tell you before it happens.
We may suspend an account for non-payment after written notice, or immediately where there is a credible risk to a child. In either case your data remains available for export.
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
