This is the one place in the platform where a learner's work leaves the building, and it is fenced accordingly. Four conditions, all enforced in code: the institution must switch it on, the guardian must have consented for that specific child, no name or identifier is sent with the image, and a teacher must accept the draft before any mark reaches anyone. Remove the fourth and it becomes an automated decision about a child's education, which is not a thing we are willing to build.
