EG-1 to EG-15 across five bands. The screen your reviewer sees is the screen you see — there is no separate management view with different numbers. It states what is blocking the next grade in plain terms, and a grade change is always recorded by a named reviewer rather than applied automatically, which keeps it out of the category of automated decisions employment law restricts.
