Go to your school first

Your school holds the data and decides what is recorded. For most questions — a wrong mark, an attendance error, a consent you want withdrawn — they can act immediately, and we cannot act without them.

When to come to us

• Your school has not responded within a reasonable time
• You believe the platform itself is doing something it should not
• You want to know what we hold as a processor, rather than what the school holds

What happens

We acknowledge within three working days and respond substantively within thirty days, as the Act requires. If we cannot resolve it, we say so plainly rather than letting it drift.

If you are still not satisfied

You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Nothing here removes that right or requires you to come to us first.
